Talk With Me
I was commissioned by Talk With Me, a private speech and language therapy practice, to redesign their visual identity and create a clearer, more professional logo. I worked in collaboration with Amy Dudbridge, who designed the accompanying website.
The existing logo was difficult to read, with an illustrative approach that formed the company name around a smiley face. While playful, the composition lacked flexibility across different applications and use-case contexts.
The final system I designed includes a primary horizontal version for wider uses such as website headers, and a secondary stacked version for social media and small-format assets. The new design moves towards a more confident typographic solution, with cursive letterforms “holding hands” and subtle references to quotation marks, retaining a warm and approachable tone.
The updated identity was designed to align closely with the new website, creating a more coherent visual system across key touchpoints. Together they establish a clearer, more accessible brand presence that supports users in quickly understanding services and building trust.
